Home design
We listen carefully to your vision and budget, and design a home that reflects what your family needs. We work with the right partners and carefully map out the entire project, so that you have confidence that the final quote you receive is as accurate as possible.

Collaborating with the right partners
Understanding how all the different providers contribute to get your new build underway can be daunting. We integrate design and construction, working with architects, draftsmen and other contractors at exactly the right stage for smooth sailing and total collaboration.

Selecting your home design features
Choosing the materials, colour palettes and design features for your home is a big job. Our extensively stocked Selections Room makes the process so much easier. Our broad range of samples include roof materials, paint samples, kitchen and bathroom tiles, flooring timber, and so much more. Choose from our range, or use our samples as inspiration to go away and do further research yourself.
If you have other design professionals you want to bring into the fold, like landscape, kitchen or interior designers, we happily coordinate and collaborate with them too.

Our interior design advisor, Rosemary, has an incredible eye for design and a passion for colour styling. With her decades of experience, she’ll help guide you through the tough decisions.
Compare different materials side-by-side, without needing to visit countless suppliers to feel like you understand the options available.
You have total freedom to select from the range we have, or to bring us your preferences from other suppliers.
Construction
Information capture and sharing is what sets our build team apart. Every build has a project manager and foreman running the team. As well as ensuring the very best quality workmanship, their job is to make sure our clients know exactly how things are tracking.
The benefits
You stay informed every step of the way, with weekly progress emails and regular site visits. You’ll understand exactly what progress is being made and remain fully aware of how any disruptions are being managed.
You’re never flying blind. You have total visibility of where the budget sits throughout the build. For example, if you ask to make any changes, you will get a contract change order to sign, as well as a new cost total summary.
You get to know the entire team working on your home.
We have strong relationships with tradespeople and suppliers across the region, putting us in the best position to keep a project progressing when roadblocks arise.
Project completion and handover
Council sign-off, valuations, bank sign-off, lawyer’s paperwork – there’s a lot to coordinate in those final few weeks. We help carefully manage that process.
We also support you through every detail of the move-in stage, including getting internet and power connected, and a detailed final walk-through checklist.

Council, your lawyers and your bank will get the info they need, when they need it, so that there are no unnecessary delays or costs in getting you into your new home.
You know every detail is the way you want it when you move in. When there are things still be ticked off after we hand you the keys, these are documented and followed up on.
Aftercare
It can take time to settle into a new home. We remain engaged with our clients and available to help long after we hand over the keys.
When you move in, we give you printed and digital copies of all plans, warranties and providers who have worked on your home. You have all the information you need to sort any issues down the track, and we will always be on the other end of the phone ready to help if you need us.

You won’t be left on your own to navigate any problems that arise.
If something isn’t right, we won’t stop until it’s fixed. Our commitment to quality wouldn’t allow us to operate in any other way.
