Building communities is at the heart of what we do, and there’s no better example of this than our most recent Kelvin Grove subdivision.

Designed to ensure privacy for every home, the community still has a true sense of openness. Being strategic in where and how we used high or low fencing (or no fencing at all, when we could) allowed us to navigate that careful balancing act.

Every home was custom-designed by Origin Homes, and the end result was a cohesive yet diverse aesthetic. We chose complementary styles and color palettes for each property, while avoiding cookie-cutter plans. No floor plan is replicated; each home is uniquely crafted to perfectly suit its site.
