Rosemary
Owner and Director

Like a kitchen is to a home, Rosemary is the heart of our business. Going above and beyond to help our clients achieve their home dreams is second nature to her.
Rosemary has an incredible eye for design and a passion for colour styling. Using our colour room, she helps our clients select the colours and textures to create a home they love, now and long into the future.
Lyndon

Lyndon started his first building company in 1987 in the middle of a depression. Many said he was crazy but his business thrived, and has continued to do so through the ups and downs of the property market. His grit and determination are unmatched, the depth of his knowledge unparallelled, and his reputation unrivaled.
Decades in the industry has only sharpened his creative flair, giving him a sixth sense for shaping homes to perfectly reflect their owners.
Cameron

Cam is one of the most critical pieces of the Origin Homes story. He joined our team 20 years ago, half way through his apprenticeship. He’s climbed every rung on the ladder, made a positive impact on every part of our business, and now steers the ship as General Manager.
If efficiency were a sport, Cam would hold every record. His systems and processes
have made our projects the well-oiled machines they are.
Reuben
Project Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing

Reuben knows the industry, our business and, most importantly, our clients inside-out. He’s worked his way through the ranks, starting as a building apprentice under Cam. He progressed from junior to senior foreman, and now leads Sales and Marketing while staying heavily involved in project management.
Deep in the details is Reuben’s favourite place to be, and he passionately embodies our company values every day.
Steve
Senior Foreman
“Steve was easy to work with, great communication, was also very accommodating with ideas and thoughts I had and offered suggestions/ideas on how to achieve them. Couldn’t ask for a better foreman.”
Steve can build anything. That’s the most important thing to know about him. The second most important thing to know is that he NEVER compromises on quality. Only the very best work gets his seal of approval. He’s one of our two head foreman, LBP certified, and has been part of the Origin Homes family for over a decade.
Brendon
Senior Foreman and Project Manager
“Brendon is very detail-oriented which makes his workmanship amazing. He has pride in his work which shows in the finished product.”
Brendon sets the bar for build quality. With even the most complex of builds, his work is always impeccable. He’s a brilliant team leader, and you won’t find a more positive work site in all of Manawatu than the one Brendon is managing.
Marcus
Leading Hand
Builders don’t come more experienced than our Marcus. He’s seen it all, done it all, built it all. Complex builds are his specialty. He knows how to get things right the first time. Even our most experienced builders still seek his input, and our junior foreman and apprentices always benefit from his guidance and leadership.
Sam
Foreman
Sam is our Mr Positive. He can work with anyone and everyone and have a great time doing it. He’s one of our up-and-coming Foreman, and excels in the role thanks to his attention to detail, sharp project management skills, friendly nature and passion for the industry.
Hunter
Foreman
Hunter is the newest member of the family. He started out his career in Wellington, but we wont hold that against him because, lucky for us, he saw the light and headed north. Immediately he was a great fit for the team. He’s easy-going but switched on, and an incredibly skilled builder.
Aidan
4th Year Apprentice
Aidan genuinely loves being on the building site, and we love having him there. It’s the perfect lifestyle for him – banter with the boys, being outside, and working with his hands. He was built to be a builder.
Daniel
3rd Year Apprentice
He may only be an apprentice right now, but it doesn’t take much imagination to picture him running big projects when he has his qualifications. He’s determined and eager to put in the hard yards.
Alex
1st Year Apprentice
We first came across Alex when he was working as a painting apprentice. When his boss moved overseas, we seized the opportunity to bring him onboard. He’s respectful, hard-working, and a team player – a great builder in the making.

Painter
A brilliant painter and a brilliant bloke. His work is flawless. His positivity is infectious. His precision and eye for detail make every room he works on the perfect canvas for any new home buyer to make their own.
